- 2.1 The Job Search service includes:

- (b) Covering Letter preparation
- (c) Effective and excellent interview techniques
- (d) Help and guidance through all aspects of searching for jobs to securing a position
- (e) Support and confidence boosting
- (f) Integrated psychometric profiling.
- 2.2 As a customer it is your right to secure clear information about the goods or services offered before you purchase. If you would like further detailed description of any or all of the services outlined above; you may contact Good People Services Limited by any method.
- 2.1 The Job Search service includes:
- 3.0 ordering from us
- 3.1 You are deemed to have placed an order with us upon us receiving your completed order form. As part of your process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement detailing the services you have ordered.
- 3.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we process your purchase form. We will send you a confirmation via email. We will notify you via email if we cannot accept your order or have to cancel your order.
- 3.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
- (a) where goods or services are not available
- (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- (c) if there has been a product or service pricing or description error
- (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms of use
- 4.0 delivery policy and timescales
- 4.1 Delivery of all online services will be within 1-2 working days via email or your online account on the website.
- 4.2 Any training courses requiring your actual presence at our training centre will be agreed with you before and confirmed to you in writing.
- 4.3 The time limit for receiving any services or training is 6 months from the date of placing your order. After this period you are no longer eligible to receive any services or training. Nor are you eligible for a refund.
- 4.4 Not available to residents outside of the U.K.
- 5.0 pricing
- 5.1 Transactions to Good People Services Limited are to be made in Pounds Sterling (£). Only payment in this currency will be accepted.
- 5.2 The price for the Job Search is £99. This price is subject to change without prior notice; however will always feature on the website.
- 5.3 We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, however in these cases VAT will be shown separately and included in the total price.
- 5.4 Any and all prices expressed are non-negotiable and require immediate payment. Payment is required before any services or courses can commence.
- 6.0 refunds
- 6.1 A full refund will be given if courses or online services are unable to commence due to errors or circumstances on our part, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
- 6.2 A partial refund will be given if further courses or online services are unable to commence due to errors or circumstances on our part, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
- 6.3 Clauses 6.1 and 6.2 assume that you express that you do not wish to receive future courses or online training and request a refund. If you wish to continue with your course or training a future arrangement will be made with your agreement and confirmed to you in writing.
- 6.4 A full refund will be given in the event of a recorded and approved cancellation.
- 7.0 cancellations
- 7.1 As a customer you are lawfully entitled to a "cooling off" period of 7 working days from placing your order. During this time you may unconditionally cancel your order without reason, and receive a full refund.
- 7.2 If you have received no services or training of any form after the first 7 days you are entitled to a full refund upon cancelling your order. If you have already received some services or training and wish to cancel you are entitled to a partial refund with good reason.
- 7.3 The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
- 7.4 If you wish to cancel your order you may notify us by any method. The quickest ways to do this are by email to jobsearch@goodpeopleservices.com or by telephone.
- 8.0 replacement
- 8.1 There are no replacement products or services in place of the Job Search service.
- 8.2 If you require further support after completion of all services we can offer this. As we are confident in our ability to place people into employment we will offer this to you free of charge.
- 8.3 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service you receive please do contact us.
