Good People's team has extensive experience in working with candidates who are starting or seeking to return to work. These include victims of redundancy, those returning after a period out of work or with a lack of awareness of opportunities for employment.
We also have extensive experience of working with a wide range of organisations. Their involvement enhances our trainees' prospects of employment on leaving training.
Our CV building programme will include:
- Awareness of current local vacancies
- Creation of a CV
- Computer knowledge to find their chosen job/career
- Ability to find key words that are essential to building a CV
- Creating an appropriate covering letter
Additional support can focus on preparing participants for application to and assessment by employers. This period can also be used to set up work-trials, where appropriate. All candidates will leave with their documentation in hard copy and electronic formats.
