| Job Summary: | Our client is a leading supplier in communications, they require confident and empathetic individuals to join their customer services department as the first point of contact. |

| Role Description: | As a predominantly inbound department your role will be to resolve a range of customer enquiries including billing queries, fault diagnostics and broadband issues. Some outbound calls will be made when necessary, primarily providing fault updates and courtesy calls. In addition you will liase with wholesale suppliers for fault resolutions and engineer appointments. |

| Person Description: | Applicants should ideally have experience working in customer service roles, should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers and to multi task. |
