| Role Description: | The role involves contacting customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up to the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues and retaining the services. |

| Person Description: | Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals will thrive in this role. Applicants who have gained experience within a call centre, customer services or telecoms background are also welcome to apply. |
