| Job Summary: | Our client is a leading supplier in communications, you will join a team of 15-20 people making outgoing phone calls to customers. |

| Role Description: | Duties include chasing payment by telephone and correspondance; resolving customer invoice queries; and ensuring the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debit, credit cards, cash payments and BACS. |

| Person Description: | To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working in a credit control position or have gained experience within sales environments, customer services and customer retentions are also welcome to apply. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals with strong organisation and multi tasking skills will thrive in this role. |
